Claire is a writer, poet and researcher. She has eight years professional experience in the arts and resource development and has worked with international and non-profit organisations in Thailand, Singapore and Australia. She is passionate about the capacity of the arts to create deeper understanding between people across cultures, and this is an on-going theme that drives her professional and creative work.

Claire is a staff writer for Art Radar and Culture360, and her work has appeared in publications including Writers Bloc, Tongues Multilingual Magazine and The Flying Inkpot Reviews. She is a fiction editor at Right Now and a poetry reader for Overland. She has also co-written Freelancing in the Creative Industries (Oxford University Press, 2015), a resource that guides emerging creative freelancers through the practical and creative aspects of starting out in the ever-changing arts sector.

Claire has worked with organisation on their publications at various stages of the development; from concept development to commissioning and editing the content, as well as coordinating the design process. She is available to work on projects ranging from managing and editing annual reports to working with organisations on research publications.
